Went to this neighborhood in West Seattle to celebrate a birthday...I love what people have done to spruce up the old homes in the area! We passed by the low income housing and they looked similar to the ones in Poulsbo Place..except for a rock thrown through a window and some torn up screens....I have some thoughts about that, but will reserve the judgements.
