It must have been a great catch..but these people beheaded, gutted and filleted these tuna and left this mess in the middle of Pacific Beach. Maybe it's just me, but in Hawaii we boil the heads and fry the bones and have a few fair meals from this that was left on a public beach on Washington shores.
