These are NOT VERY PRETTY...at the bottom are some of the podiatrist prescribed remedies, besides some anti-inflammatory topical applications for bone spurs and some stretching exercises. I now have what they consider the top of the line shoe inserts (far right) and the last 2 ran 200+ to 400+ dollars for the pair!! Yikes!
The shoes in the photo above the inserts are KEENs...but the pair at the left taught me that just because Keens are GOOD, all Keens don't feel or fit the same, nor do they have the same support. The challenge is to match FASHION to the comfort these bring!!
