Window Dressing

Christmas takes on different things for different people. At the work office they said they needed help decorating..I considered that an invitation to go crazy. Several of my new friends in the workplace have horses: my boss Kris, the secretary Brittany, and the locksmith guy, Bob--so I sat at home in my think tank listing all of the COWBOY things I could think of, and came up with stuff to make towards that theme.

What do you think about all of this??

Cowboy Origami?? Elves at work.

This was my inspiration--Noe filled these with a piece of fudge..I found some cowboy motif scrap booking paper and made 24 or so of these, filled with dove candy and hung them on the tree at work with the cowboy boots. I painted the front window in snowmen on the outside and a horse and carrots on the inside next to the Christmas tree. I want to fill some old and new cowboy boots with some greens and poinsettias found in the Christmas storage containers at the office. The tree topper is a large, black cowboy hat.

Cowboy Santa Elves

I share a few decorations at the maintenance office..I know the locksmith so he let me in and helped me decorate the place in a cowboy theme..these boots are two of 25 or so..my elves helped me to cut out the foam layers and then we used sharpie markers for the fancy "stitching" on the boots.
