End of the summer job...

This is one of many ramps leading to classrooms in a portable.  We put non-skid down..paint laced with sand and quick drying hardeners plus we add coarser sand and some tiny gravel into the 5 gallon container and mix it up before rolling the goop onto the ramps and stairs.

We call her Death Trap 2011..and with the flaps out she reminds me of a gypsy wagon!

This is her, all loaded up for work.

Nasty non-skid

When rolling non-skid the sand and pebble mixture flies all over..shoes and pants look like this.  I scraped the pebbles off before trying to wash the jeans!

Some places have been done in roofing material..this day we replaced yards and yards of it using roofing nails.  It was hot and felt like 100+ weather on this black top stuff.. it absorbs the heat!

Posted by PicasaUnder the hood of Death Trap...well, the oil readings were 2 quarts high and the tranny fluid was 2 quarts low..every day!  I'd put in the fluids and cross my fingers! I didn't want to know too much and our boss said someone would rescue us if she broke down!
